"Really horrible experience with Statefarm denying a legitimate claim. We are forced to pay thousands in property insurance but the second we actually need help they do nothing. Avoid this company at all cost."

"A claim denial is understandably frustrating, but this review is misdirected. Claim decisions are made by State Farm’s claims department based on the policy and facts of the loss, not by our local office. Throughout the process, our team acted as your advocate—facilitating communication, pushing for updates, and making sure your position was clearly represented. We don’t have the authority to approve or override claim decisions. If you disagree with the outcome, that conversation belongs with the claims department, as they are the ones responsible for the determination. —Sean"

"Sean and his team are fabulous. Everyone at the offices are extremely helpful and excel at customer service. When I have questions about my coverage - because it can be really confusing - they are always so helpful with explaining things in a way I can understand and really prompt helping me adjust my policies when needed. I often speak with Grace and she is really amazing helping me negotiate which policies best fit my needs. I highly recommend Sean and his team, they've helped me save a lot of money on my insurance and are always there to help me when I need them!"

"Too many issues with billing. Rates are way higher than when I started with them, and every month it seems like my account needs to “catch up” to the tune of $600+. I think I”m done."

"We’re sorry to hear you’re frustrated, but there seems to be a misunderstanding around how billing works. When a payment isn’t made on time, the policy can go out of force. When that happens, you’re not being charged for that time (it’s credited back), but you also do not have coverage during that period. When coverage is reinstated, the billing reflects the full premium needed to bring the policy current, not a “new” monthly amount. That can feel like a large catch-up, but it’s the result of prior missed payments, not an increase in rates month to month. We’re always happy to walk through billing step-by-step and help set up a plan to avoid gaps in coverage going forward. —Sean"

"I am not savvy with a lot of the technology we use to communicate today. Being a 72 year old woman who didn't grow up with the used technology today.. Sean Morton was so helpful and told me to call his office anytime that I can not forward a response to his office.
